LogoForge Privacy Policy

LogoForge respects and protects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the control you have over your personal data.

1. What we collect

• Apple ID user identifier (no real name): used to recognize the same user across devices;
• Optional email: collected only if you actively choose to share it via Apple Sign-In;
• On-device data: brand names, industries, keywords, style preferences, generated logo links, brand kits, and your credits ledger;
• Subscription / purchase status: synced via RevenueCat and the Apple App Store.

2. What we do not collect

• No real names (unless you choose to share one via Apple Sign-In);
• No precise location, contacts, call logs, or photo library access (except when you export a logo to your photos and the system asks for permission);
• No third-party advertising SDKs;
• No clipboard reading.

3. Data storage

Your brands, logos, brand kits, and credits ledger are stored locally on your device by default (SQLite database). AI-generated logo images are stored in our object storage and returned through stable links; tapping “Export” downloads them to your device. After signing in, this data is synced to your account over encrypted transport so you can restore it on a new device. You may also use the app in local-only mode without an account.

4. Third-party services & AI data processing

We use the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store / StoreKit — processes subscription and in-app purchase payments;
• RevenueCat — aggregates subscription and purchase status;
• Supabase — account authentication, usage quota, and cloud backup of your credits balance (for cross-device restore);
• AI gateway (relayed through our server) — when you use AI generation, the brand name, industry, keywords, and style preference you enter are sent via our server to the third-party AI model provider OpenAI (gpt-image-2 for image generation, GPT-5 series for font pairing) to generate logos and font suggestions. We never send your real name, email, Apple ID, or location to the AI provider; your input is never used to train AI models; session-level request logs are retained for no more than 30 days.

Before your first AI generation, the app asks for your explicit consent. You can revoke it anytime under Settings → Legal & Privacy; after revoking, the app will ask again before the next generation.

5. Your rights

• Access: all of your data is visible inside the app;
• Export: export PNG / transparent PNG / SVG from the results screen and share via the system sheet;
• Deletion: Settings → Delete account performs a cascading wipe of local and cloud data; this cannot be undone;
• Withdraw consent: deleting your account withdraws all consent; AI data-sharing consent can also be revoked separately in Settings.

6. Children

This app is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child is using it, contact settings@sanva.tk to request deletion of the related data.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will change accordingly, and material changes will be announced in the app.
