LogoForge Terms of Service

Welcome to LogoForge. By using this app you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance

Using LogoForge means you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The service

LogoForge is an AI-assisted tool for generating logos and brand kits, including multi-variant logo generation, palette recommendation, font-pairing suggestions, and PNG / SVG export. LogoForge does not provide trademark clearance, intellectual-property review, or legal advice.

3. Subscriptions & credits

LogoForge Pro is sold in weekly, monthly, and yearly tiers, each with a monthly grant of 10 credits. Subscriptions auto-renew within 24 hours before the end of the current period and are charged to the payment method linked to your Apple ID; you can cancel anytime in your system subscription settings. Credit packs are consumable purchases and non-refundable once bought.

4. Generated output & ownership

You own the right to use the logos and brand kits LogoForge generates for you, including commercial use. However, AI output is not guaranteed to be globally unique or dissimilar from existing brands. We strongly recommend running a trademark search before commercial use. The developer is not liable for any loss arising from similarity, trademark conflicts, or third-party claims.

5. Your input

The brand names, industries, keywords, and style preferences you enter are stored locally on your device by default. During AI generation, only the necessary non-identity fields are sent to the AI gateway (see the Privacy Policy and the in-app AI disclosure).

6. Prohibited use

You may not use LogoForge to generate logos confusingly similar to existing brands (such as Apple or Nike), to infringe the intellectual property of others, or for brands related to illegal activity, fraud, hate, or violence. Prompt-level defenses are in place, but final compliance responsibility rests with you.

7. Limitation of liability

LogoForge is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of this app, including but not limited to trademark conflicts, brand similarity, and the quality of AI-generated content.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date at the top of this page will change accordingly. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
